Ok, now on to the serious stuff...

Superstar Sales Executive:

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to acquire new customers. You will meet with prospects, maintain the relationship with prospects to build trust with them, and help them to buy our managed services offerings so that I.T. is no longer something that they need to worry about. You will also attend networking events, leverage your personal network, and regularly meet with influencers and partners to generate new leads. Note that you will NOT be required to do cold calling.

As a Sales Executive, you will be accountable for:

  • Meeting with prospects for First Time Appointments (FTAs)
  • Updating the CRM system with notes and updates
  • Performing follow up and check-in phone calls
  • Reaching out to warm prospect list to invite them to events and webinars
  • Attending trade shows and events as an exhibitor
  • Assisting with trade shows, seminars, webinars, and other events
  • Attending networking events
  • Meeting with influencers and partners
  • Preparing proposals and RFP responses
  • Coordinating technology assessments
  • Listening and understanding the needs of prospects
  • Putting together solutions to help solve prospects problems
  • Delivery of proposals and presentations to prospects
  • Canvassing for potential prospects
  • Generating leads through networking events and personal connections
  • Achieving weekly targets for influencer and partner meetings
  • Achieving weekly networking event targets
  • Achieving weekly follow up and check-in targets
  • Achieving monthly recurring revenue sales targets
  • Attending daily sales & marketing meetings
  • Providing daily updates on sales activities and stats to sales manager
  • Participating in quarterly sales strategy discussions
  • Participate in onboarding meetings to facilitate smooth sales to operations hand-offs

To be successful in the Sales Executive role, you:
